While the forums were down, ISRs were not given although the game said that the money was transferred.
Instructions:
1. Claim Island Rewards by doing /isr when forums are down
How many times did you recreate this?:
I did several ISRs, and none were transferred.
Result:
No ECD was transferred.
Expected Result:
15000 ECD per isr would be transferred.
Evidence:
My only evidence is the lack of change in my balance after several /isrs.
