Brief Description: When I break gravel with a high efficiency shovel I do not get gravel back when I believe I should be.

Instructions: Get an Efficiency IV (I don't know if it works for Efficiency III or not) or higher shovel and break a block a gravel, you get flint and any McMMO drops from the gravel, but not the gravel.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Hundreds of time while I have been mining, but I just really noticed that it was odd when I picked up a lower efficiency shovel and lo and behold I got gravel.

Result: No gravel blocks

Expected Result: Gravel blocks
