Furnaces causing force error, causing player to crash from server.

Brief Description
After two crashes, I returned to the server to find my furnaces with nothing in them, but have the burning image on them. Whenever I try to destroy or gain access into these furnances, I get crashed from the server with the statement "Internal server error."

Instructions
1. Try to destroy the furnace or gain access to the furnaces.
2. Watch as you helplessly get kicked from the server.

How many times did you recreate this bug?
I've tried doing this 3 times, and the bug recreated 3 times.

Result
When I right click a furnace or try to destroy the furnace(s), I get kicked with the error "Internal server error".

Expected Result
The expected result is that I (CamoTitan) gets kicked with the error "Internal server error", however, I haven't tried this out with anyone else.

Guessed so. It only occurred after the server crashed whilst items were smelting, so it could have only been me. Just a heads up for the future if people are smelting when the server stops/
