Brief Description:Mcmmo's "expshare" component of "partys" does not work, you are able to enable it, however its function, sharing exp, does not work

Instructions:create a party, do /party expshare equal, and attempt to gain exp through other players

How many times did you recreate this bug?:10+ times

Result:no exp shared

Expected Result:exp shared between users within a radius of 75 blocks of eachother

Evidence:many users can confirm this Jetscat Netsui Sheathok vegocoke
We have checked with the mcmmo developers, and it seems apparent that this is a problem with ecocitycrafts configuration of mcmmo, and not an error on the developers part
