Brief Description: I took an Eff 5, Unbr 3, renamed diamond axe to stone slabs, and it worked
Instructions: Place a stone slab on the ground, and break it with an Eff 5 axe
How many times did you recreate this bug?: Quite a few times
Result: The stone slab broke after a couple tries
Expected Result: Stone slab take a long time to break

Also, I tried it with an Eff 4, Unbr 3 shovel, and nothing happened

If you use ForgeModLoader, update it to a newer version.
Axes aren't supposed to break the blocks that quickly, the recommended build of Forge still has the old efficiency speeds. -
