    Hello box, I assume this is in regards to the ECC shop.
    Firstly, have you tried purchasing anything using a different IP address, for example try buying something from the store using your mobile data, let me know if this works. :)

    In addition, could you let me know what error message you are getting when trying to add something to your cart

    This usually means someone has charged back to buycraft in the past and you’re banned on your ip.
    To get past this, simply turn on a VPN or use your data (3G/4G), or you pay someone you trust and get them to purchase the feature for you in your name.
