Brief Description: With the changes of dispensers users without water/pyro are able to place anything into dispensers, i am unsure if this is intended (as the suggestion was only to allow them to look into it, unsure if there is a way to block placing items within however) however felt best to file a bug report incase.
Instructions: Place dispenser for user with nonwater/pyro to use. Have user put items into/take from dispenser. (Locked dispensers are just fine)
How many times did you recreate this?: 3x
Result: User can take or place items in dispenser as long as it is not locked.
Expected Result: User can only view not place or take.
Evidence: N/a

ok, I just wanted to verify that this was intended, i have no issue locking it im just testing every little aspect ;p

Ok thanks, can you actually check if those without water/pyro can place lava buckets inside them, and then activate them to bypass the pyro feature. They won't be able to place the dispensers anyways so it shouldn't be too big a deal.
