Brief Description: /NV does not turn on when in /D.

Instructions: /Disguise yourself as any mob. Use the /NightVision command. You will receive the "Night vision has been enabled" message. However, it will not activate.

• This bug is present in every world.
• Nightvision cannot be enabled when you are disguised as a mob.
  
• Nightvision can be disabled when you are disguised as a mob.
• If you attempt to enable nightvision while disguised as a mob, it will not turn on upon undisguising.
• If you attempt to enable nightvision while disguised, upon undisguising you must disable and re-enable nightvision for it to function properly.
• Nightvision, if already on, will persist when diguising and undisguising.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 10+

Result: You will receive the "Night vision has been enabled." message. However, it will not activate.

Expected Result: Night vision toggles with the command.

Evidence: None.
