Notice the error that comes up after replying or starting a new conversation. How many times did you recreate this?: This has happened to me at least twice -- once with creating a new conversation, and once replying to an existing one. Result: The messages that I send via the forums should be going to the participants. Expected Result: An error messages comes up upon doing so. EDIT: I'm not sure what I did, but I was just now able to create a new conversation via forum PMs without any issues. I am not sure if this is a one-off or if anyone else has ever experienced this.
