Brief Description: Sometimes the christmas banner doesn't show up, instead its the old, regular banner.
Instructions: I don't know... click around and it may change. MoofinK told me how to fix it- Ctrl+F5 which may help fix it
How many times did you recreate this bug?: It has happen to me three times now
Result: Not-holiday banner
Expected Result: Holiday banner at the top
Evidence: Ill try to get some next time.

Could be your cache... I would try clearing it, if CTRL-F5 doesn't work just once for every page.
On a another site I go to (not Minecraft, or a PC game), there is once instance where I change one of my images and it will show right on same pages, but not others - usually I give it a day to "train" itself, and it shows the new one fine. Sometimes CTRL-F5 works, sometimes it doesn't.
I'd give it a day to see if it adjusts - or clear your cache.
