    I get a "You don't have permission." error when using /rg am. But, /rg ao works fine.

    I added an owner to my town and even they can't do /rg am.

    Oh wow, this was actually a far bigger bug than just worldguard region additions.
    Should now be fixed.

    Had to rewrite a section of permissions for proper rank inheritance.
    Mayors were not receiving Resident permissions,
    Presidents were not receiving Mayor permissions, etc.

    Quite shocked no one caught this on Archive as it was an issue there too after our permissions conversion, then again Archive wasn't very active. (other than @jwpwns at the time of course.)
