Minecraft Username: Mookiema
Brief Description: Was using new Backpack feature for tool storage. I put in my eff5 shovel and my Eff1 shovel. noticed the Eff5 was digging a bit slow. When i looked it was an Eff1, an in the backpack was another Eff1. (I only own one Eff1 Shovel)
Instructions: The two shovels were stored in the same Backpack, noticed the change after the reset on 11/20 in the AM
How many times did you recreate this bug?: it only happened once. I dont have another shovel to try again
Result: N/A
Expected Result: I'd really like my Eff1 Silk1 Um3 back,
Evidence: Linked are photos of the two Eff1 shovels. I appologise i do not have any screens of the Eff5 with the Eff1, i wasnt counting on something like this happening.

Although there are a few bugs with the backpacks that we are currently working on fixing I have not been able to recreate this issue once. I will continue to see if I can find out what would have caused this but at this point I do no see what would have caused it.

We do not replace lost items. Im sorry. Also I cannot reproduce this bug. If you are able to reproduce this then please let me know with as much detail as possible so we can work on getting it fixed. Thanks.

Well that's excellent. this is the second time a paid for feature has failed me, (tombstone does not work in the mining world) and no support from server staff. This bug will not replicate again with me because I will no longer put anything more valuable than dirt into the backpack feature. The staff should really re think replacing items that are broken/ruined/changed by the server.
Thank you for your time, I am disappointed that all that hard work to get the shovel is lost now, and I will need to repeat all that I had done to get it.-

That helps. Thank you for the reply. If it helps with the testing, I noticed the change right after the restart. And it may have been that my inventory was full?
I appologise as well I did not mean to come off so harsh, just disappointed. If there is anything I can do further let me know. -
I understand mooki. I also didn't mean to come off as harsh. I would love to help correct this so hopefully we can find out what caused this. Also, even though the server cannot replace the shovel at this time without the reproduction, I may have a spare with these enchants. Ill look around in my things.

Thank you, I appreciate the sentiment, but I have found a replacement already. Not as good, but close. Besides I wouldnt feel right taking from you, what was taken from me by the server.
