Brief Description: Raccooy tried to put my pickaxe in an anvil to add a new enchant, but the anvil spit out the old pick and the book and took the experience required.
    Instructions:
    1) Raccooy took the experience from the sign
    2) He put the pick and the fortune 3 book in the anvil
    3) When he tried to remove the new pick, the old pick and the book fell out on the ground and the anvil took the experience
How many times did you recreate this bug?: 2 times
Result: Same thing, the anvil took the experience and dumped out the book and old pick
Expected Result: There would be one pick with all three enchantments on it
    Evidence:

This is because of the required blocking for owned tools not be wiped.

I'll see if I can make it so that the experience is refunded on fail.
