2. Teleport to the market right after (must have teleport waiting enabled).

sounds like /market is just a 2 command alias. ("/warp market" and "/ping Welcome to the EcoCityCraft market!"?)
Both commands get executed no matter if the first command works or not. (at least, that's my assumption) -
