Minecraft Username: 314

Brief Description: I was stuck in the air thanks to the 2fa and it kept spamming me as it usually does. I entered my code, fell two blocks at max and almost died.

Instructions:
Have full health.
Log off two blocks above the ground and wait until you need to re-enter your 2fa.
Log in.
Start falling by roughly 0.1-0.2 blocks before moving back to your original position, continue until you entered your /2fa code.
Fall the 1-2 blocks to the ground and enjoy a massive decrease in health.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Once. I will try to recreate this as soon as my 2fa needs to be entered again (i.e. probably this afternoon).

Result: Went from 10 hearts to one. FAlling while 2fa is blocking seems to accumulate fall damage.

Expected Result: To fall 1-2 blocks and not take any fall damage. (Optionally, the server should enable /fly as it does when logging in while in the air.)

Evidence:
I only got a screenshot directly after taking damage as I didn't expect it.

Please note that the roof that can be seen in the picture makes it impossible to have fallen from a high position.

 

I attempted to record the bug... however, it seems to cut off right before taking damage. I will record the next time this happens again.

 

But taking damage is fun... ;-;

Unless, of course, it threatens to kill me because I type too slowly or take too long searching my phone. :p
