Below is a list of starting price points for areas, and complexity.

Simple Builds (Farms etc)

50x50 Area - 25k Per Floor / Level
100x100 Area - 50k Per Floor / Level
150x150 Area - 100k Per Floor / Level
200x200 Area - 200k Per Floor / Level

Complex Builds (Forts, houses etc)

50x50 Area - 30k Per Floor / Level
100x100 Area - 55k Per Floor / Level
150x150 Area - 110K Per Floor / Level
200x200 Area - 120k Per Floor / Level

Materials

Your Materials - No Extra Charge
My Materials - Cost per item (based on current market value) + Time to farm it. (5k Per Hour of farming)

Notes

Payment

Half of the total cost must be paid up front, other half due on completion. Added features during the build will be subject to an additional cost determined by the complexity of the addition.

Tools can also be traded in lieu of ECD payments.
