    Brief Description: L3 B1 Breeze rod not going below 10 percent.

    Instructions: boost breeze rod, toggle percentages.

    How many times did you recreate this?: just the once, didn't wanna waste resources

    Result: breeze rod is supposed to allow you to go to 9 percent (i believe) wehn boosted one time

    Expected Result: to have a smaller mc character
