Brief Description:
I can lock a lift sign even though I am not in the town
Instructions:
Go to a town you dont have perms to, find an unlocked lift sign, lock it.
How many times did you recreate this bug?:
A few
Result:
Sign is locked to me. I even restarted minecraft and got someone else to check to see if the sign was locked. (it was)
Expected Result:
Sign not be able to be locked my someone who doesnt have perms to the town
