Being banned does not destroy or erase your items. The only time you can lose items from your inventory is from death and inactivity (outlined in the Wiki here: http://ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index....s#Section_XV:_EcoCityCraft_General_Disclaimer). Items lost from your protected chests can be lost if they were in a town and the town Mayor had them unlocked due to your inactivity. Unlocked chests are free-for-all, meaning that anyone can take them.
