The estate owner in Beverly Hills or Bel Air will have permanent ownership of the estate he/she purchased No inactive evacuate rules in Beverly Hills or Bel Air. This means the owner of the house won't get removed from the town even after 6 months. This rules will not apply to estate owner who got "Banned" or "Griefing" Owners of the properties are allowed to sell their mansion, but they must let the mayor know before they selling it. The owner can decide what price the property is going to list for, and because of the Beverly Hills Estate policy, Mayor will never ask for any money from the estate deals.
