Mod name (for fun): Real Estate Mod
Details (Just a little to get idea): Villages are 13x larger than the average spawned village, and more villagers spawn than he amount of doors in the villages (so there are homeless villagers, and also, 2 villagers spawn per door). Also, when villagers return home at night, there is a chance they will -um-, do it and have a child. These children grow up in 5 days, and instantly leave home once growing up. Large patches of bare land also exist in the middle of these town in random places. Your job as a "homebuilder" is to build homes for these homeless villagers and, depending on the size of the home and criteria, they will pay you in different ores. (just an overview of it)
Why you want this mod: I LOVE BUILDING HOUSES

Details (Just a little to get idea): A key you press to instantly view whats behind you, just like pressing F5 twice but faster and easier.

Why you want this mod: Good for PVP and if you are getting chased.

Anything else: I spent 5+ hours looking for a mod like this but can't find any that aren't in a mod pack.
