    Suggestion: That ECC brings back the ability to transfer town owner.

    Reason: Recently, the mayor of Flintwood has quit the server and according to the post that I have below. Also I have heard possibly that is if mayor of a town is offline for 3 months, there town will be removed and I don't want Flintwood removed (It is such a great town). Also in the post that the mayor of Flintwood did he said he was giving me Flintwood, but, I can't do much without doing applications so, I would like to be able to do is applications for Flintwood.

    I would like town transfers back... :/ Not sure why they were taken out. Funny how people need and want them after they are gone, lol. I believe it should keep a price, though.

    I vote no because it was never, technically, taken away. In order to transfer a town now, just pay for there mayorship, then /region addowner them and /region removeowner yourself. Done, without andrew lifting a finger. Want to transfer to an already mayor? Just /region owner stuff, they wont be a pres unless they buy a new town from andrew, but a mayor with two towns is possible

    It would be nice. If a town goes up for sale in the future when I have mayor, I will probably look into it. A price is nessecary to keep town sale profit between server and user alike.

    This is entirely possible, but there is a flaw in your logic: People can't do applications, so they can't add hospitals, PvP, do worldedits, etc... This is very important for some towns, and without the true mayor of the town being able to be active, it's impossible to do any of these things.
