Reason of Ban:Not Repaying a loan

Rule violated:Heres the thing I never broke a rule, I guess if anything I would put it under scammming

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:When you agree to a transaction both parties follow what was agreed on and scamming is breaking that agreement results in a ban.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:Its been 3 years and at the time i broke the rule it was not a rule. I was banned for no repaying a loan, however at the time of the loan it was stated that breaking a loan is not bannable and to do so at own risk. I Was banned after not following through on a loan is a bannable offense. I think that unfair because when the loan was agreed on it was not bannable. So, I think thats enough cause to be unbanned :)

 

Thanks bro, if its worth mentioning the user who I owe money is no longer active. His name is edugodoi and he hasn't been online or made any forum activity in a while. (according to my friend)
