Reason of Ban- Killing Bashdash in a non PvP Zone
Rule Violated- As the mining world is not PvP enabled, this includes rules about attempts to kill players in this world, no matter what the reason.
Reason you feel you should be unbanned- My brother had build a dirt bridge from one town to another, and I didn't like it so I started deleting it. Little did I know that my brother (Lux) had sent a tp request to bash dash shortly prior to the so called deconstruction of the dirt bridge. Me and Lux had just built a massive farm and wanted to show someone of high stature in the Ecocity community. I can honestly assure you that when we send tp requests from now on, we will do so in a place that will not kill some one from a 100+ block fall. Sorry for the inconvenience and the death of BashDash and if in any way possible I can make up for the loss of his 50 exp level, I will do so.

Alright after conducting a deeper investigation,
Everything in which you said in this appeal, is just a complete and utter deception of what had actually taken place. I alongside with a few other staff members went to the location in which the illegal killing took place and investigated the blocks in which this so called 'bridge' was built.
First off, Lux did not build the dirt bridge. In fact rather more ironic than anything, you built the dirt bridge. Just a few blocks over both yourself and Lux constructed if I may say a rather magnificent looking bridge. As for why you placed 7 dirt blocks in a line not even connecting to both sides and have claimed that it was a bridge, is just shameful. I've attached an image showing in which exactly you built.
The arrows point at the block in which you broke where bash was tp'ed. The oval highlights the blocks that were not placed. Just from personal experiences, when I build bridges I often intend for them to connect one side to another. I wouldn't exactly classify that as a 'bridge.'
I truly don't understand as for where the need to lie comes from. I can assure you if you lie in anything complaint/appeal related you'll get nothing more than a negative outcome from it. I honestly can not stress the importance of honesty.
As for the fact that you were extremely remorseful with this appeal, I had great temptations to issue a temp and complete the appeal although the fact that you lied and had to create such a distorted story instantly made me think otherwise.
Retriever, you being who you are, I know you have it in you to write a truly insightful authentic appeal. Please do so and I can assure you your appeal will be successfully accepted and handled in a timely fashion. Other than that, I really do look forward to seeing an updated appeal from you soon.
