ive got more evedence but when i tried to incert it it says that it was a too long script
Additional Information: he was a builder so we just was seaching for a grief server i think but dont know for sure :p

We don't do refunds on this server. Also your "proof" does not show any payment you made to him, what he was offering, and proof that you didn't receive it.
Without proper proof we can't do anything.
