Bank Withdraw Bug

Brief Description:
I had 4,765 in my bank. I wanted to take it out so I added 10,000 to it (The Limit) so I can take out the 14,765 that it is now. When I did /bank withdraw 14765 it said "Withdrawal aborted: Not enough forum credit."

Instructions:
1. Type /bank withdraw 14765

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
4 out of 4 times I tried the command.

Result:
My money stayed in the bank, and nothing came in or out of my ingame bal.

Expected Result:
Bank money would be removed from forums, and moved into my ingame bal.
