Is there anything else you would like to add?: I can do ereps, ive never been killed by lava ever (use water to put it out as i go so i can mine the obby) i /back to my house if i happen to touch lava or drop water and run into it quickly. Ive already played with a eff7 and am confident in my ability to keep it safe. Obviously should i fail to do so i would still pay for it even if it meant selling my towns and everything i own to do so on time. I believe 1mil is a fair price for one as they can be bought via nstars at current prices for 840k. Id try and pay it off faster and would spend every dollar i had to pay it off quickly to be done with it as fast as possible. Due to my long play times (literally on all night almost every single day) i think i could do this far sooner than above but dont want to bite off more than i can chew really.

Have 180k toward it right now, a week from now should have at least 300k (cant promise that though without a eff7 to use lol). Had a question about this though, if i put 300k down do i still have the 9-10 weeks total to come up with the rest or do i lose some weeks off the top?
