Rule violated: Clause 2 A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Don't steal from other users? Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Well I believe I got banned for scamming and I know it’s above a million, I’m sorry to those that were affected because of my immature behavior. This isn’t my first offense but I can assure anyone reading this that it will be my last of offenses; I have been contemplating whether to actually ask for forgiveness for quite some time now and have been trying to type up this appeal for almost an entire week. If/when my appeal is accepted I plan on refunding/compensating with that entire player who were affected my scam(s). I lost motivation to play on the server anymore and at the time I wanted to go out in a bang, come to realizes that was a very VERY dumb idea. I left to play on other minecraft servers but nothing ever compared to the original ecocitycraft. I had no regard for the rules and I’m very sorry for my actions. The first ban was due to internet problems I believe, since then they have been fixed and I would love to come back to ecocitycraft. I am not sure how much money I owe and to whom I owe it to, to be exact. So if staff finds this appeal to the acceptable I would need some research done.

@ashton_taylor Okay, so - I will be allowing you to make good on yourself. However this requires paying back a large sum of money so I expect you to be responsible doing it. You will have 4 weeks to pay @StoneIronZ 400k (due 3/16/15). You will then have an additional 5 weeks to pay @NinjaSteve13 500k (due 4/20/15). After that I will be giving you 10 weeks to pay @Addswerzxc 200k and an eff7 (6/29/15). This may be a lot of time but it's also a lot of money. Make sure you stay on top of this. Also ensure you reread the rules, quite a bit of them have changed since you were last on. Unbanned.
