Reason: Use of a Hacked Client
Rule I broke
- Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
- Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
- Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
- Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.
Counter-Reason: I did have the hacked client loaded at the time, but, I never used it for economic gain or attempted to do so, I was using for private lan things and forgot to take it off at the time. I know It's wrong and should have never been done, but I would like to reiterate, I never used it on ECC. I'm sorry to everyone.

The use of hacked clients is strictly prohibited, and you should definitely know better considering the length of time that you have been on the Server. Similarly, the screenshots in the complaint which resulted in your ban show as deliberate attempt to cover up your use of such client. In the last 2 screenshots, the menu has been hidden whereas in the middle few screenshots it is shown. As the inventories are identical and your position hasn't changed, it is clear that you have realised and tried to cover it up. Additionally, your claim that you have never used it on ECC does not detract from your actions. The fact of the matter is that you had it installed, and can't prove that you never used the features of it.
I am going to be unbanning you but with a 3 day temp ban. During this time I would like you to consider your actions and read our Server Rules (found here). I want to make it very clear that using such clients gives an unfair advantage and as such, are prohibited. Further violations of this rule will be dealt with in a significantly harsher manner.
