Killing other players in a non-pvp area is a serious offence and is not taken lightly. Similarly, abusing a feature such as teleport can have severe consequences.

Quite frankly, this appeal is highly inadequate and doesn't come anywhere near close enough to the standards required to convince us to unban you. I am denying this appeal and I suggest that you take the appeal process seriously. This is not the first time you have had to appeal a ban and you have shown in the past you know what is required in an appeal. This appeal therefore shows a complete lack of respect and effort.

I suggest that you re-appeal and take responsibility for your actions, and explain to us why you should be allowed back on the server.
