Reason: Donation Scamming/Alt Account/Irritating @andrewkm via PM
Counter-Reason: There is no counter reason as to why exactly I had scammed. I will not deny that I scammed, I scammed because I found it extremely difficult to get together that final 100k for my Tycoon application. I Scammed @chessgeek10 out of a 15$ Donation Feature, Which I do intend to pay (Via USD) but seeing how it would no longer be considered as a scam I ask that I am reinstated as my original Tycoon position, please. I promise, from the bottom of my heart I will NEVER, EVER, scam again nor use any other account besides Mochocrap. I have thought DEEPLY for the past month regarding my actions and I am beyond humiliated, I honestly do not know how it came to this but it has come to an abrupt stop. Regarding the PM’s, I stated how me and my friends will leave the server which was the stupidest bluff known to man, the PM’s where rude, immature, sad, disrespectful, and just plain out humiliating. And for that I am also very sorry. On a side note during that time there have been family problems going on in my life I do not wish to make pubic so feel free to pm me, those involved in this appeal, if you feel obligated to know what has been happening, as I won’t hesitate to share. Regarding the alt account I had used, it was my friends who never truly got into ECC, maybe playing it once or twice in the past year, so I used that to my advantage and attempted to cover my traces, clearly that was just plain stupidity and I can asure you that I will never use an alt account again. So to end this appeal I can guarantee that my previous actions will NEVER happen ever again. I’m sorry if this appeal seems short, I have tried to write the perfect appeal for several days now, so I’m submitting it now hoping for the best.

First of all, you will not be returned to Tycoon. You lost that privilege by scamming another user to get the money required to pay for it. As for the donation feature scam, you will either have to return the money or pay for the feature. Further, I would like you to know that the alternate account used will never be unbanned. Clearly, its sole purpose on the server was malicious and as such, it will not be allowed back.
Now, considering the amount you owe ChessGeek10, you will have a week after your tempban to return the money or pay for the feature. At the end of that, ChessGeek can file a new complaint. Speaking of your temp ban, this is a first scam offense and as such you will receive a 3 day temp ban. This means that in 10 days the money and/or feature needs to be repaid to @chessgeek10 or you will face a ban. I would like to note that any continuation of this behavior for any reason will not be tolerated.
