Reason: Multi-accounting to ByPass a ban x2 and using a Hacked Client

Counter-Reason: I fully admit to doing both things I am accused of, and I do understand that by doing so I affected multiple people and myself negatively. I apologize to all players/staff and anyone else who may have been affected by me. Hacking and Multi-Accounting is not tolerated on this server and I thought I was better then that, but I was truly wrong. I am sorry for my actions and I can assure you if unbanned they will never happen again. I will have a clean record and will make sure that I have 0 complaints against me regarding all rules.

Additional Information: I have 200k still due on the 31st of March, I'm not using this as an excuse to get unbanned I would just like to know depending on if I'm unbanned or not and how long this ban lasts, will I be able to get an extra few days.


Rules Broken:
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts are not tolerated on this server. If you are caught using two or more Minecraft accounts to benefit you, all accounts will be banned and you will lose the ability to play on the EcoCityCraft server permanently.
• Multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP are allowed so long as the accounts are used by different people.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Rules in my own words: Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked clients

This rules states that all use of clients to give you an unfair advantage against other users in PvP, and or the use of X-ray to determine where your opponent is. The rules also states that it is strictly against the rules to use hacked clients of any kind that would put you in any way at an unfair advantage over other players.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

This rule states that any use of multiple accounts to benefit yourself is against the rules and will result in a ban on both accounts, although you are allowed to have multiple accounts from the same IP if you have family/friends playing from the same internet connection.

How did I infringe these rules?:

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked clients
- I used a hacked client in the survival games to give myself an unfair advantage over other users, thus breaking the rules against hacked clients.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
- I used two separate accounts to continue breaking Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked clients and to bypass a current ban I had on an account, thus breaking the Multiple Accounts rule.
