Thank you for taking the time to file a ban appeal. According to this grief report, you are indeed banned for minor grief. Griefing in towns on EcoCityCraft is illegal, which is why you were banned for it, our server rule on griefing gives a better detail of how we rule on griefing crimes:

As you can see by your grief report, at the time a SuperMod came by the town and did find that you had broken some blocks that you weren't supposed to, resulting in you being banned for griefing. Please know that any future bans, whether for griefing or not, will result in much stricter consequences.

Seeing as you have been offline since November and that this is your first ban, I will be issuing you a 1 hour temp-ban. During this time, I wish for you to read all of our server rules so that you can avoid any future confusion and avoid being banned again, as it is no fun.
