I am glad you chose to appeal this ban. Killing another player in a non-pvp area is strictly prohibited on our server and will not be tolerated. I will be issuing a 3 day tempban in this case and when you return from this ban you will also need to return the pickaxe that you admitted to looting from the victim. You may do so by arranging this with Foggydizzle or you can catch me in game and I will ensure that it is returned.
