Reason:was spamming server ip over a year ago

Counter-Reason: Sorry it was my friend who jumped on my account at my house and was spamming his server out. I took a break because this server banned me and now im back. I have donated to this server and am very mad that my appeal was rejected. The evidence was destroyed by the man who banned me.

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
