Reason: Mini-modding/trolling/selling things that don't exist/ignoring staff requests
Counter-Reason: Mini-modding: I was telling people not to chat in action, I hardly see how that is wrong, was just keeping the auction chat clean.
Trolling: Was banned yesterday for trolling, and it turned out to be a big misunderstanding, I don't see how I was trolling, and if someone misinterpreted it as trolling I'm sorry.
Selling things that don't exist: Having just learnt about the existence of the eff7 pick, I was selling a eff10 pick, as I had the amount of eff books that I would need.
Ignoring staff requests: The requests were "Don't chat in auction", and maybe some other things. From what I can remember I was just having a quick conversation about me buying something I think. I may have said more, and for that I am sorry. Next time I will chat in global for auction matters, or better yet pm them.

As you stated in the appealWe did not misunderstand what you were saying, you were clearly trolling, breaking our rules, and giving smart remarks about the situation. Seeing as you were unbanned yesterday you should know our servers rules, especially trolling.
NextWhat you did is minimodding, we told you that there is a difference in helping, and minimodding. Minimodding is telling people to do something, Helping is answering questions. In this case you were MiniModding.
Either way you were going to sell items that do not exist, this also includes andrewkm's head, which only one of exists, and it is not in your possession.
You were not just asking stuff in auction. You were saying random things that did not belong there at all. Now I do see that you understand what you did with this rule was wrong, however we warned you multiple times.
So after pointing all of this out, aswell as seeing as we warned you multiple times, and gave you multiple kicks and you still dont see to understand what rules you broke I will be denying your appeal. I want you to make a new one when you are able to understand our rules, and are willing to follow them.
