I was in a room with the ores in a donation chest so he could easily view them, he asked how much it was per diamond ore. We eventually came to the price of 175 per diamond ore. He said he wanted all 15 of them. Instead of paying me 2625 for the 15, he continuously payed me $175 over and over again. He asked for his items when he had only payed 11 lots of 175, I said “You only payed me 11 lots of 175”, he said no I didn’t. After a bit of arguing he payed me 3 more lots of 175, there was still one more lot of 175 to go. He kept on spamming “Don’t scam me, don’t scam me”, after a while I just gave up and gave him the 15 diamond ore. This proves that Supergabe25’s argument of “refusal to hand over items until mod came” is incorrect, also rollsicy came while I was “trapping him in blocks”, which I will now get too. After the trade, where he technically scammed me he went outside of the trading room into my underground town. The last time I let someone go into my town I got griefed, so I was determined not to let it happen again. I surrounded him in blocks, so he could not get out, his only option was to do /home or /spawn, getting him out of my town. Instead he messaged rollsicy, probably saying “He is trapping me and trying to kill me, come quick”. This proves that supergabe25’s 2nd argument of “trapped me in blocks” is incorrect. His last argument of “Grief” Makes absolutely no sense, I wasn’t even in his house or wherever he lives, I was in my town. Drawing on this evidence, I can conclude that Supergabe25’s true intensions were to get me banned and to scam me. Supergabe25 also “lied” to rollsicy, saying that I was “trying to kill him” (from what I can recall), as it was impossible for me to kill him, even if I wanted to. If I tried to suffocate or drown him, he could easily do /home or/spawn. I was banned for trolling, which is extremely incorrect, supergabe25 was the troll. What I expect, is that I get unbanned and that supergabe25 gets banned (temp) for the above reasons.

I would like to pint out that i did not ever spam you, not once, of the words "dont scam me" or of any other words, i paid the seperate payments of 175 cause i didnt want to do the math in my head, for fear of getting it wrong and annoying you. Yet again, this post is incorrect in his statement of my quotes, in the fact that i never, ever said this or anything even realted to killing. “He is trapping me and trying to kill me, come quick” Nowhere, ever did I say anything about him trying to kill me, it was just a simple miss interpretation made by rollsicy. Please review the incorrect evidence, or talk to the players i mentioned in my original post.

I might of missed some of the things you said, as you were saying it in global, not local like I expected. 3. As for you paying for it in separate payments, you could of just opened your desktop calculator that is on every computed and did the calculation. I say let's put this matter behind us, it was probably a huge misunderstanding.

Regarding the calculator, my computer is so old, my view distance is always set at the lowest possible, and my computer cant even handle minecraft without me messing with the settings severly. I could not have both open to do the calculations. But yes, i agree, lets put this behind us, if i am banned when i get on, i request it be lifted, if you are, i request it be lifted to.

After discussing this with rollsicy and going over the evidence provided for me from him, it seems this was all a big misunderstanding.
I would like to point out though that no user can grief your town unless they are already on your perms list. So it doesn't make sense you would need to place blocks to lock them in in the first place. For future references, please ask the user to leave the town, or provide a secluded/locked room for trading and transactions if you feel uneasy about it. Next step would be to pm a moderator and tell them that a user is refusing to leave your town even after being asked to. Blocking a player in seems really unnecessary and will frighten a player if you have not already asked them to leave. This may have caused the panic that confused some of the staff and players who witnessed the chat. You may have even confused and startled supergabe25 when you blocked him in.
And as for payments, supergabe25, it's better if you can do the calculations ahead of time to make sure full payment (after both parties have agreed to the full cost) is given prior to receiving the items.
I will be unbanning you however please, in the future, trade in the conditions that I have written above. That way we can avoid problems like this.
