    Reason: I was banned for advertising.

    Counter-Reason: I clearly said I was not advertising my new server.
    I was not saying my server's IP or anything, just that I had been working on ideas for my server.
    This is not even an actual server yet so I would not be advertising for it.

    Evidence: No screenshots because I just mentioned it when I came on and got banned for advertising.

    just to clear this up, this server has not been created yet (didnt mean to confuse by saying it was a "new server").

    i said I wasn't advertising about a second after I mentioned my server idea.

    Hello Peyton,

    While you wait for a Super Moderator to go over your Appeal, I advise you look over our server rules, as you obviously have some confusion on what is and is not allowed here on ECC. Just because you say you "weren't advertising", doesn't mean you actually aren't. You clearly stated that you were starting a new minecraft server, and then gave the name of said server. You do not need to state the IP of the server to advertise, simply mentioning it qualifies as advertising. The rule you've broken is shown below.

    Please be patient and refrain from bumping your Appeal while it is looked over by staff.
