    Reason: i was banned unfairly by the game admin zardgyer because i stated my side of the story in global. Also he accused me of arguing and harrasment.

    Counter-Reason:I believe i shouldnt be banned because in fact i was not arguing with zard i was merely saying my side of the story and was banned unjustly because of this. I am sorry if zard saw it as arguing. My so called harrasment was me mining in global which is completely legal until zard came along and tped me to spawn which i saw very unjust. I hope to be able to play the game again because i very much enjoy it and have put in money and alot of time. Thankyou hope to see you in ecc soon.

    After looking at the issue involved, I must say it was a fair ban. As the disclaimer states:

    That being said, Zardgyer asked you to stop and you didn't. Zardgyer forcibly removed you from the area after feeling your actions were harassing and you still went back to the area. You did not listen to his direct order to stop and continued.

    Now that all being said. If you disagree with what Zardgyer did, please feel free to file a staff complaint. As of right now, your appeal is being denied due to you breaking the harassment/trolling rule:

    And you are not showing any remorse for your action. Please feel free to appeal your ban again when you understand what you did wrong.
