TheBuckeye, as peregrines told you in your last appeal, you need to write an apology not just what you're going to do if you get unbanned. You need to apologize to the mayor, the person you griefed, and provide a few reasons that you should be unbanned. Once, you do that, we can go about looking into your appeal. Also, you will be able to buy plots in other cities, nobody can stop you from doing that. Please re-appeal with the above listed items and we can sort this out.
