    Reason:My brother got on my account and went on this server i told him not to but he did anyway and started cussing and spamming i am so sorry this server had to deal with him i promise this was a mistake and wont happen again

    Counter-Reason:my brother got on my account and was spamming and using vulgar language

    To be specific, your Ban Reason, was "Spamming /ch trade after multiple warnings".

    In this case, know that you are fully responsible for the actions of your account on ECC. I would recommend working to secure your laptop or account so this cannot happen again. As this is your first ban for spamming, i'm going to issue you a further 4 hour tempban, and ask you to again read the rules of ECC found here.
