    Reason for being banned: Greifing the town Welch

    Counter-Reason: Sgt_Coltvin is one of my good freinds, and when he called Lord_Poring_III and me to Welch i suspected something. Welch was an old town of his I used to visit to, Sgt would always invite me inside to see his new creations. He told me and the others that Welch was empty and could be the start of a new town, so he banned Blyddy for being ofine for more than 7 days and told us that we can reconvert the town. I am truly sorry for greifing Wlech for we thought that Sgt could claim the land since the original mayor has left, I shouldn't have skipped the rules in ECC and read more thoroughly. ECC is my favorite server, and i wouldn't wanna spend the rest of my time doing other things. Me and my freinds agreed in giving a compensation of 50k to Blyddy and rebuild all we destroyed in Welch including the mansion. I'm really really sorry for doing this and I'll never do it again. Sorry for the late ban appeal though I was on vacation. As stated we will give compensation and rebuild Welch in this thread below by Sgt_Coltvin.

    derp_eater, I am glad you decided to appeal you ban. You have admitted to not carefully reading the rules. If you had read the rules, like you agreed that you did upon applying for resident, you would have seen that what they did was completely wrong. Now seeing as they were the current owners of the town, I can understand why you would have believed them when they told you to start tearing down the town. However, as I stated before if you would have read the rules, you would understand why it was illegal. That being said, you have a very good appeal and I can tell that you are sincerely sorry. While we wait for a SuperMod+ to review your ban, I want you to spend some more time in rules so we never have to see you making another ban appeal. Look forward to seeing you in game soon!!

    Thank you for appealing. Issues like these are a big reason why we require people to read all of our rules before applying for ranks. As a resident you should have done this thoroughly when you were supposed to and could have avoided this situation. Because this is your first offense I will be issuing you a 2 hour temp ban. During this time, please go over all of our rules to avoid any issues with them in the future.
