You tried to scam people. When I said "Im going to get a mod" you didn't want to. I got many mods to watch you its so obvious.

To begin with I watched you do this I was in fact the one who asked iEvolive to be the proxy for the trade seeing as how you flatly refused to buy a sword from any mod or have a mod present which as far as scamming goes is fairly tactless. What did you think was going to happen? I watched you accept his tp to you and I watched you attack him. Then you denied everything. When I asked you to own up to it and gave you a chance to apologise you refused.

So after I spent 10 minutes outlining what you had just done with proof and you telling me that you "didn't do anything" the whole time, now you're admitting to it. Despite the fact that the very last thing I said to you was "do you have anything to say before I ban you" and your response being "I didn't do anything wrong".

This rings of insincerity and I won't accept it. You may re appeal in 12 hours from this post with a lot more effort.
