    Counter-Reason In the screen shot of the agreement, it said i had to pay back or replace the sword if i stole it, it was butchered, and i wasn't even present, do not take this as a statement to say i will not pay off the sword, but, discretion in a contract benefits the person who didn't write it. I apologize and feel terrible about the missing sword and wish that it would've never had happened

    Alright, so after reviewing over the evidence and consulting with another GameAdmin about this situation, we have come to the conclusion that Gaara_of_da_funk DOES NOT have to repay the 375k to iStomp_Kittens. For the grounds of their agreement specified that only if Gaara_of_the_funk had stolen the sword, which he didn't, would he have to give compensation for the lost Melon Sword.

    I was present at the recent time when this had occurred, and I can confirm that this sword was in fact lost to the effects of server lag/glitched item sprites.

    Now, while the repayment of cash for the loss of the sword does not have to be issued, I will be issuing a 1 day temporary ban, because we do, however, enforce the punishment of a user for a broken agreement.

    User Temp-banned for 1 day.
    $375,000 does not have to be returned.
    Locked.
