No that was not why I was banned, we were having a friendly 'rap battle' there. I was banned later, for a different set of conversations. However, I truly apologize for my actions today, whether they are those which caused my ban, or not.

Hello there, after going over the details of the ban I am going to quote the following most relevant section of the rules as found on our wiki linked here . You seem repentant over the whole ordeal but as you know a large portion of our player base are children so we maintain a no tolerance on inappropriate comments and trolling. I wish to note that staff gave you warnings to stop what you were doing as it was being offensive and annoying to other players but decided to continue regardless.
Section III: Trolling Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense This rule is simple. Don't troll (look up "Troll (Internet)") users away from the server. Harassment (gameplay and chat) is also very unwelcome and can get you punishment depending on the severity. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, bullying, any form of blackmail, and anything that falls under the rules for chat channels. Following players around in the wild, or wild griefing, whether observed live or not, is not harassment and is allowed. However, if the same actions are performed in a protected town, it is considered harassment, and remaining in such a protected area after being asked to leave is also forbidden. Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban. Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Those who violate this to a heavy extent will be warned several times - if it does not stop, a kick/ban may be put in place. Clause II: Bending the Rules Don't bend the rules in any smart / troll-y way thinking you will get away with it and look like a genius. You won't. We do not appreciate users bending our rules in anyway to troll our community. If you see a rule that has a few loopholes, or can be bent in any way, report it to us and post it in our suggestion forum. We will gladly take a look at it and change it if need be. Finding ways around the rules will be treated under staff discretion and will result in warnings / kicks or worse. Use common sense, and don't troll the community. Section V: Language, Discussions and Skins Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate Subjects All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. To this end, the following situations are allowed:
Occasional slip-ups in unfortunate situations, that is not directed at anyone. Abbreviations that involve swear words - e.g. wtf. Self-censorship of a swear word. However, the following are absolutely prohibited:
Repeated and excessive swearing. Swearing that is directed at anyone at all. Clause III: Touchy Subjects Politics, Religions, and Suicide are the most common "touchy subjects." We allow people from all around the world, with any religion and political standing to play our server. However, these kinds of discussions usually turn heated and become a mess. We don't allow them simply to keep things peaceful.
