    Complaint: he did not pay back his 35k from a 20k loan we had a contract for.

    Evidence:phsysicstmom said the contract was evidence.

    Additional Information: is there anyway i can do something i can do to get the 20k back. like have all his money be taken from his account or something? anyways thanks.also note revanrose6 sealed the contract    ​

    Can you change the title of this thread to [Complaint] please and while revan or phys has said that it is the evidence you need this is not entirely true. The contract fulfills our need to observe details, time that sort of stuff it packages it all together nicely. What we need however is some form of evidence saying that you have initialised this contract by sending the money, ie the money shot or them saying yes I will have your money back or im not paying amount money. Some form of evidence that definitively shows that the contract has been initialised because some never get up off of the ground.
