    Yes it is an inside joke he just did not mean to chat in local he meant to say it private to us because it does not offend us and we all know each other in real life.

    First and foremost the rule you broke is as follows:

    The term you used is highly offensive and is considered a hateful slur. ECC wants everyone to feel accepted here and not like there are those who may hate them. Regardless of whether it was to be said to a friend or in local, it was still said. On our server there is no excuse to be using that kind of language especially considering it could slip into public or local chat on accident.
