I am glad to see that you have decided to appeal your ban in an attempt to rejoin our community. However, I am very disappointed in your actions which got you banned. Using an illegal mod is a very serious offense here on EcoCityCraft, and is not taken lightly. With you being a tycoon, you should have read the rules, and know that use of illegal mods on this server is not at all allowed. While you are waiting for a SuperMod+ to Review your appeal, please re-read the Server Rules so that there is no confusion of them in the future.

I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin us here on EcoCityCraft, but before you do there are a few things I want to say. First off, as I said in your last appeal, and a18greek18 said above, use of a mod like fast break to gain an economic advantage is a serious rule break on this server, and as such, the punishment received will mirror it. Also, as a tycoon you have agreed that you have read the rules on all rank applications, meaning that you have lied on all of them as this is a very old rule.

To make sure that you fully understand our server rules, I will be issuing you a three day temp-ban to think about your actions, and to understand why they lead to your banning. You may be a veteran player and a donor for this server, but you are still bound by the same rules as every other member on this server. When your ban expires in three days, I hope you have read and understood the rules that a18greek18 has nicely quoted and linked for you, and that they will be followed upon your return to the server.
