2 Days before when the loan was due i mailed him saying to "Put the money into a sign, you can find that sign in randomfportal". I told him where the portal was on portal floor, but he didn't come online.
I still have that sign at RandomFGate, and i mailed him to where he must go to find that portal.

Sorry for this happening, the different time zones really made it difficult for us to pay each other
