Thank you for writing an appeal. First of all, I have to say that no matter what the situation is, whether you have been scammed or not, this does not give you right to grief a protected town; two wrongs do not make a right. I hope that during your time off ECC, you have recognized the wrongdoing in your actions, and will make an honest effort to not commit actions that will violate the rules again. In the future, if you are frustrated on an issue such as being scammed, talk to a moderator or post a complaint so that the issue can be looked into; don't take matters into your own hands.

Since you have not been on the server for over a month, I advise you to read the rules so that you know what is permitted on the server and what is not. Pay specific attention to the rule that you broke, as outlined below:

Thanks for acknowledging why you were banned. There is no tolerance for any grief in the server and seeing as you have been offline for almost 2 months, I assume you have taken the time to think about your actions. I will be giving you a 90 minute temp ban. Before coming back on the server, take this time to review our rules and understand them as a lot has changed in the past 2 months. If this kind of behavior is to continue, you can expect a longer punishment in the future.
